Some of the past projects have included the following:

1. Transportation Industry: Managed the implementation and rollout of major software systems for automation at major shipping ports in the US. Managed these projects through the strategy, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and rollout phases.

2. Financial Services: Program managed the successful launch of a financial services product for a major US credit card company at the Olympics in 2004. This launch was a major marketing and advertising launch that included corporate activities among 7 different business units. Coordinated and led efforts across all the different business units.

3. Banking: Created the global and corporate internet strategy for one of the world’s largest banks. Guided and organized the global requirements efforts involving stakeholders from three different countries. Conducted business analysis, competitive analysis, stakeholder management, and designed global project methodologies. Created a single global roadmap for the bank in the area of internet B2B (business-to-business).

4. Other Industries: Project managed the implementation and rollout of many different internet enterprise wide applications.
